General Information

Water Lilies grow in various colour (pink, lavender, white, yellow and blue) in ponds and in gardens. Often they are confused with the lotus in areas where people haven't seen the real lotus.

The water lily is an aquatic plant with rhizones and floating round leaves. The large, showy and usually fragrant flowers consist of numerous narrow petals many prominent stamens and four petal like sepals. Each flower is borne on a long hollow stem. One can observe the opening of the flower at a particular hour every day and marvel at the divine creation.

Spiritual Significances

Though the general spiritual significance of the Water Lily is "Wealth" but each colour has its own special significance. If we look at the explanations given by the Mother we understand a little better the occult significances of colours.
