a) COMPILATION FROM THE WRITINGS OF
    SRI AUROBINDO AND THE MOTHER ON HEALTH

This was the first basic work done at the Institute. The excerpts have been selected from the writings of The Mother and Sri Aurobindo, as comprehensively as possible. As the Mother and Sri Aurobindo speaks of the work they did on the body's transformation and the awakening of a new cellular consciousness we started selecting passages from it as a base material to guide us in our work on health and healing. We have collected our data from Collected Works of Mother, Mother's Agenda and Sri Aurobindo's - Letters on Yoga.

b) DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING OF A QUESTIONNAIRE ON THE EFFECT OF THE
    'SPIRITUAL DIMENSION OF HEALTH' ON THE 'QUALITY OF LIFE'

The WHO headquarters Geneva, acknowledged the collaboration of SAIIIHR under the leadership of Dr.D.B.Bisht, Honorable .Director, Medical Education, India, in the formulation of a questionnaire on the effect of the Spiritual Dimension on the Quality of Life. The basic questionnaire was prepared as per the WHO guidelines. It has been translated into 4 Indian languages: Hindi, Bengali, Tamil and Gujarati, by SAIIIHR.
