In consonance with the aim and objectives of the Institute the following activities are currently being undertaken.

1. Creating an awareness about Integral Health in individuals and groups, through seminars and an inner work.
   
   

2. Collection of data on the Spiritual dimensions of body, health, illness and healing.
   
   

3. A quarterly — “New Approaches to Medicine And Health (NAMAH)” is being published since 1991 which acts as a channel of communication between people working on similar lines all over the world.
   
   

4. Interdisciplinary research projects on diagnosis and treatment of various diseases through allopathy, homoeopathy and other systems.
   
   

5. Setting up of a research library of authentic books, journals and manu-scripts in various systems of medicines.
   
   

6. Organisation of conferences, seminars, workshops on of Integral Health and healthy living, synthesis and integration of various medical systems and disciplines.
   
   

7. Preparation and study of Flower Remedies based on the spiritual significance given to flowers by the Mother.
